Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: Customers can return items within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that they were received, and in their original packaging.
• Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

Return Process

• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at dynamic_multimedia@yahoo.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• Return Address: Provided upon initiation of the return process.

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at dynamic_multimedia@yahoo.com.
• Process: Send your item to the address provided after contacting our support team

Processing Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by destination. International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Tracking Number: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
• Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
• Duty Fees: Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address where possible.

Damages and Issues
